A sparkling rosé wine crafted through the whole cluster pressing of Blaufränkisch, Merlot, and Pinot Noir grapes. Following its primary fermentation, the wine matured for six months. The secondary fermentation took place in a pressure tank, where it spent three months developing its delicate and lively bubbles. This refined process results in a beautifully balanced, fresh, and expressive sparkling profile with a clean finish.
