Parcellás Pinot Sekt is a blend of 50 % Pinot Noir and 50 % Pinot Blanc from the Monsheimer Silberberg vineyard. Aged 12 months in 1000 L Georgian amphorae, then bottle-fermented with zero dosage and aged 24 months, it combines precision, freshness, and refined sparkling elegance.
