This Müller-Thurgau is crafted by pressing half the grapes immediately and leaving the other half on skins for one week. Aged on gross lees in 5000 L oak barrels and bottled unfiltered without added sulfites, it preserves freshness, aromatic purity, and a subtle textural complexity.
