A tad annoyed by the fuss that wine community can produce over details (we plead guilty), forgetting often that wine is about enjoyment (not guilty!), he gave this White Label wine a small name. But we think this wine is quite meditative. It doesn’t jump out of the bottle showing you all it’s got, but develops slowly in the glass teasing you to discover more.
