Max 2017

Part of Miles Mossop’s family series, Max is named after the winemaker’s son Maximilian. This masterful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc makes a spectacularly rich, opulent and juicy wine, full of cassis, cedar, dark chocolate, clove and plum. All done in accordance with the Miles Mossop approach: hand-pressed, spontaneously fermented and unfiltered. Great balance of fruit and oak, with a lingering finish that will leave you wanting more. This blend is a perfect example of Miles’ approach to winemaking – natural, friendly and with a distinct personal touch.
