Why we chose it?

A classic, comforting kind of red that’s a bit like the feeling of a southern night. Think of a velvety black sky, the air full of sweet smells – that’s Naoussa. It’s intensely oaky, with sweet balsamic and chocolate notes, and gripping, sandy tannins.

Morgon Corcelette is youthful, fruity and extremely delicious fusion of blackcurrants, cherries, and a blend of spices such as cinnamon, clove, pepper and vanilla. Made with the utmost care and precision, this composed, elegant wine maintains great balance and harmony: a medium acidity, fine tannins, energetic, yet not too intense. Mee Godard creates this wine from very old Gamay grapes, and there’s no doubt that does them justice! Corcellette is as pure as it comes, with no sulphites added.
