Why we chose it?

Château Pesquié’s Silica needs not to prove itself to you. It’s strict, with a dry rose aroma that’s not too intense. Its dry tannins will remind you to pay attention to the notes of red berries and white pepper. Delicate and structured, it’s a bitter red with a mineral finish. It knows who and what it is and makes no apologies for it!

Morgon Corcelette is youthful, fruity and extremely delicious fusion of blackcurrants, cherries, and a blend of spices such as cinnamon, clove, pepper and vanilla. Made with the utmost care and precision, this composed, elegant wine maintains great balance and harmony: a medium acidity, fine tannins, energetic, yet not too intense. Mee Godard creates this wine from very old Gamay grapes, and there’s no doubt that does them justice! Corcellette is as pure as it comes, with no sulphites added.
