Produced since 2007, the aptly named Empatia was once reserved for close friends and partners. Today the exclusive wine has made it to the wider public and we have the chance to savor an amazing Merlot full of local character. This rare treat has an elegant aroma of cassis, a rich bold flavor, lively acidity and lasting finish. The local terroir gives the Merlot a unique quality, that note of menthol so characteristic of the local terroir. Empatia is 'big like friendship' so it is only natural that such a big wine is bottled in magnums only, and just 250 bottles per vintage!
