A really juicy and seductive light rosé with a touch of red berries and blossoms from century-old winemakers and experimenters Slobodné vinárstvo. This 50% Blaufrankish, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was fermented in traditional Spanish clay vessels called tinajas and then in a similarly-shaped modern twist, a concrete ovioid vessel. Unfined and unfiltered.

Another amazing creation by Slobodné. Acidic and captivating. We picked up flavors citrus zest, pine tree and linden blossom. Aromas of white pepper. As always, spontaneously fermented with the Grüner’s very own yeasts, élevage in ovoid and acacia barrels, no fining or filtration. And no funkiness. This is a very smooth natural.
