A really juicy and seductive light rosé with a touch of red berries and blossoms from century-old winemakers and experimenters Slobodné vinárstvo. This 50% Blaufrankish, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was fermented in traditional Spanish clay vessels called tinajas and then in a similarly-shaped modern twist, a concrete ovioid vessel. Unfined and unfiltered.

A spectacular crash of Eastern European, Burgundian and classic Moravian varieties, this wine is all about the land that raised it (and the guy that made it). Plucked manually, all the varieties were given their own special treatment for best results. Macerated with skins for different periods, fermented with wild yeasts and aged in oak and acacia. Fruity and creamy, elegant and well-balanced. Unfined, unfiltered and UNFUSSY.

We were too shy to ask what the middle finger means, but the name of this wine is really nice (Let’s drink to good ideas!), so we figured it must be a good message.

Negoska Carbonic is Chatzivaritis' excellent interpretation of the Beaujolais style on Greek soil. Created using carbonic maceration, when the grapes are fermented whole and intact, then gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged on lees, this wine came out both fruity and floral, animated and laidback, light yet pleasantly tannic... and with a slight funky kick!
