The cheerful and approachable Baby Banditoes make a great introduction to Testalonga. Made from organic Cinsault grapes, Chin Up is a refreshing and very gulpaple light red. We picked up lovely aromas of red fruits, malt, moss, and plums. Natural, hand pressed, unfiltered and unfined.

A bright red with a juicy, medium body of red and black berries all dressed up with a spicy touch and the subtleties of a vanilla oak background. Be ready for some ripe tannins and a rush of intense aromatics.

Raspberry on ice is here to shatter your stereotypes about red wine. Light, fresh and rich with an aroma of forest berries and some pleasant veggie notes in the finish, this wine tastes best well-chilled.

A high quality Blauer Portugieser isn’t something you see every day. This rare lighter red comes from an old vineyard, and has a very fruity character with notes of pomegranate, raspberries and hibiscus, low tannins, and a high acidity.

A really juicy and seductive light rosé with a touch of red berries and blossoms from century-old winemakers and experimenters Slobodné vinárstvo. This 50% Blaufrankish, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was fermented in traditional Spanish clay vessels called tinajas and then in a similarly-shaped modern twist, a concrete ovioid vessel. Unfined and unfiltered.

A spectacular crash of Eastern European, Burgundian and classic Moravian varieties, this wine is all about the land that raised it (and the guy that made it). Plucked manually, all the varieties were given their own special treatment for best results. Macerated with skins for different periods, fermented with wild yeasts and aged in oak and acacia. Fruity and creamy, elegant and well-balanced. Unfined, unfiltered and UNFUSSY.

Bright, juicy and succulent, more fruity than spicy, perhaps with a touch of beetroot. This wine comes from the cru of Fleurie where Gamay grapes grow on sandier, lighter soil than in neighboring crus, making Fleurie wines the gentler ones in the Beaujolais family. We were too shy to ask what the middle finger means, but the name of this wine is really nice (Let’s drink to good ideas!), so we figured it must be a good message.

Negoska Carbonic is Chatzivaritis' excellent interpretation of the Beaujolais style on Greek soil. Created using carbonic maceration, when the grapes are fermented whole and intact, then gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged on lees, this wine came out both fruity and floral, animated and laidback, light yet pleasantly tannic... and with a slight funky kick!
