A bright and crisp sparkling, this Blanc Brut Nature offers an elegant and refreshing flavor of green apple with citrus notes. Hailing from the vineyard of the father-and-daughter duo of Manel and Nuria Aviñó, this effervescent wine is organically and biodynamically produced in the mountainous Garraf Massif of Spain near the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to the marine fossils in the limestone-rich soils, the Clos Lentiscus wines have a particular minerality that evokes the Catalonian cliffs where it was made.
