Fondly nicknamed G&T by the winery staff for its distinct juniper berry aroma, this White Label wine is a field blend. Think of it as being more about the spirit of the place itself than the character of each variety.
Whatever the name may or may not suggest, we found this to be an elegant, complex white with a fresh herbal aroma (as expected!) and an oily, mineral mouthfeel. Remains an easy-drinker despite all the character.
