A spectacular crash of Eastern European, Burgundian and classic Moravian varieties, this wine is all about the land that raised it (and the guy that made it). Plucked manually, all the varieties were given their own special treatment for best results. Macerated with skins for different periods, fermented with wild yeasts and aged in oak and acacia.
Fruity and creamy, elegant and well-balanced. Unfined, unfiltered and UNFUSSY.
