A really juicy and seductive light rosé with a touch of red berries and blossoms from century-old winemakers and experimenters Slobodné vinárstvo. This 50% Blaufrankish, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was fermented in traditional Spanish clay vessels called tinajas and then in a similarly-shaped modern twist, a concrete ovioid vessel. Unfined and unfiltered.

This wine is very vivid, deliciously fruity and decidedly gastronomic, which makes it an excellent table wine to pair with a variety of foods, from tomato pastas, tuna and white meats to fruit and desserts.
